Parking Information

Parking is free. Please follow the directions of the marshals. Unless it is mid-summer (and maybe even then) we advise that you bring a good torch - the church meadow is grassland and uneven. We must ask you to take great care here and also on the stone church pathways which have been there for hundreds of years and are somewhat worn as a result.

For some very busy concerts you will be directed to parking inside the Beaulieu Estate. It is important to follow the marshals' directions and signs and not to park on the estate roadways which must be left clear for fire engine access. This fire engine access is vitally important for the estate and the church and if you do park on the estate roads you may come out of the concert and find your car has been towed away.

Need Extra Help?

We welcome everyone and are happy to give that extra bit of help to anyone who needs it. We can accommodate up to six wheelchairs, depending upon size. Please do remember, however, that the church is a Grade I listed historic building and things such as the pathways and steps are well worn with the centuries of use. We have a moveable ramp at the entrance to the church (steps down) and there are other steps inside the church to the wheelchair area for which you will need assistance. We are very happy to provide all help we can but we do ask that you please pre-warn the box office manager so that we can arrange things.

Ticket Prices

Ticket prices vary from £5.00 to £18.00. Tickets may be booked in advance or bought at the door. Children are usually admitted free. Car parking in the large church meadow is free, and with prior warning, we can arrange assistance for the disabled. Modestly priced interval refreshments are available which usually include wine.

Programme

Our annual programme is distributed in January and some of the more popular concerts are quickly booked up.

However there are often cancellations and our box office is always happy to put you on the waiting list if a concert is fully booked.

Award

Each year Music at Beaulieu also offers a competitive award to assist a musician in the New Forest in his or her musical development.

Sponsorship

Local organisations and benefactors sponsor many of our concerts - we could not operate without their kind generosity.
